can i get 420SEMIP DATA when i work in one-shot mode on dm365 board?

I changed the oper_mode=1 and work in one-shot mode,and want to resize the video ;the problem is if i set the capture  color  formart to UYVY CAPTURE_create() can create , but set 420SEMIP it can not create, i want to know can i get 420SEMIP DATA in one-shot mode , if it does how?
