I cannot install dsplib correctly. I download the packet from http://www.ti.com/tool/sprc100.
However there are more than just dsplib.h, 55xdsp.lib, 55xdsp.sr and 55x_test as described
in TMS320C55x DSP Library Programmer's Reference.
