I am planning on using a PoP memory, with 4G NAND and 2G of of mobile LPDDR1. Are there any limitations in the prcoessor addressing that size address space.
Also, can I use x16 NAND or only x8. Thank you.

in your message G means Gbit or Gbyte? Anyway you can open TRM and read about memory capabilities of the respected processor. As far as I remember this processor can address 1GB on each chip select line (CS0/CS1) but there is not such lpDDR memory. Micron has PoP 512MB DDR + NAND, but I do not advise to use Micron unless you are a huge manufacturer.
in addition: you can use both x8 and x16 NAND. No difference. Both x-loader and u-boot can detect NAND, however they _may_ need some simple correction (I've done it already)
