DM648 flash erase and write

Hi,everyone!

I erase  the flash and write the program to the flash with our custom DM648 board, the program is 7.39Mbytes, when having written 0x420000 bytes, the program stop because of timeout. Our flash is S29GL256P10TF1010,which is the same with EVMDM648 board. and its baseaddress is 0xa0000000, its length is 0x1000000.

So, what causes this problem, and it has something with the initialization of the EMIF?
