U-Boot DDR clock half of AISgen setting..why?

Hi,

I was wondering, upon boot, why does U-boot show half the DDR Clock value that was set in AISgen?... Which one is correct?

This setting(150Mhz):

 

Produces this output(Note the DDR Clock value is 75MHz in U-Boot):
