AM3354 's (Sitara Processor) CLKOUT2 (Clock out) as Master clock input for TLV320AIC3106?

Hi ,

AM3354 has two clock outputs (CLKOUT1 & CLKOUT2) .

I'm using 24MHz crystal as clock input to the processor. Can I not use one of these clocks for Audio Codec Master clock as well as HDMI transmitter (Audio section) master clock?

If yes, then why in evaluation board external oscillator is used for Audio Codec MCLK?
