Hi All,

I am working 37xx omap processor. VGA convertor is connected to the omap via 24 bit RGB.

Currently, with the setup i can display the picture on the LCD monitor. But i can run the video, can anyone help me regarding this.

Hi All,

Can anyone suggest me how to debug this issue(not able to run video, but i can display a picture).

If any one as any test application to run video, please point me to that.

Hey Learnom,

I wish to display a pic on a monitor using HDMI connection.

1. Can u tell me exactly how did you convert the image in 24 bit RGB and how are u sending it to the framebuffer?

I am copying my image directly to framebuffer however i am getting a distorted image. i have tried converting the image into RGB888 or RGB565 but in vain.
