EMIF target impedance

Can you please address this question from my customer...

"Question about PCB stackup spec in regards to the EMIF.  Table 8-68 in the datasheet specs a target impedance min of 50ohms and max of 75ohms.   It also specs an impedance control of Z+/-5 ohms.  Does this mean I can target a 50ohm line with 10% tolerance and satisfy both NO. 13 and 14 in the table?"
