Question from customer is: How to define TMS320C6727BZDH300 from TMS320C6727BZDH275.

What letter in top side marking is showing ferquency?

Could you give some links for TI pdf with this description?

Seaching in ESP and ti.com was not successful.

This information is part of the datasheet provided on the C6727B product folder on ti.com. Check section 2.10.2.

The last three numbers correspond to CPU frequency.

We confirmed that unfortunately from part symbolization/case marking, there is no way to distinguish between the speed grades.
