memory map for 1GB

Hi.

I examine wiki page for the memory map solution (http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/EZSDK_Memory_Map). But i see there recommendations for LISA registers only for 2GB , 512 MB and 256 MB physical memory, but not for 1GB. Can anyone give recommendations for 1GB physical memory?
