AM3358 IBIS Model

I have a customer who writes the following.

"Having some issues during design need advice from you or your team. Download AM335x ZCZ IBIS Model from TI web site and use it to check “signal integrity” under Altium. But we get error message "Failed to load IBIS File C:\.......file path ". Can you have any suggestion or clue about this type error or introduce us to others who are in charge of this area? Thanks for your support".

I have no access to Altium to help. Can someone please comment?

Is there an error log? What line is failing on the model? I have run this through a syntax checker and it passes.

Hello,

We found a strange character appended to the end of the IBIS file that was some how added when they uploaded the file to the web. We have now fixed this by insterting the file as a .zip so hopefully that is why the file was not opening in Altium. Please download the file again and that should fix your problem.

Seems like it was an Altium issue.

Hi Sir ,

I saw this issue on line 67 and it is very strange that the package values are not proper . I am not able to proceed with the SI as IBIS model Package values is not properly ended with proper SI units please provide the proper Packaging values .
