Hi,

I want to know if there is any cost for using the DSPLIB and the others tools provided by Texas Instruments to develop applications (like Sys/BIOS, Mathlib, etc.) in a mass production product and what kind of things do an enterprise have to take into account to use them without legal issues.

    Only libraries which specifically state such fees will require fees, such libraries you would have needed to go through specific business groups to acquire. 

    For the most part anything you find readily available on the site (MCSDK, Sys/BIOS, Mathlib, DSPLIB, etc) do not have any fees associated with using them in production products.
