compilation error while building filesystem for android-gingerbread-2.3

I am copmpailing android source code for breagleboard xm c, i am following TI-Android-GingerBread-2.3.4-DevKit-2.1 DeveloperGuide

I compailed x-loder and u-boot ,linux kernel also but i strucked at copailing of filesyatem , i got below this error

PLEASE CAN U HELP ME?

    Please use the command  make TARGET_PRODUCT=beagleboard OMAPES=5.x -j8

    Note there is no space after the = sign.

    I did totoal procedure which is present in the TI-Android-GingerBread-2.3.4-DevKit-2.1 DeveloperGuide . But my sd card not booting in beagleboard xm.it showing error following way
