We don`t provide libraries for wavelets but if you are interested in obtain a package for lattice ,cascade IIR filters for mutlistage, multichannel processing please write to us on the following software developers list:

I would be very surprised if there were not some textbook on wavelets that either included a CD-ROM with C source code or else gave a link to a Web site where you could download the source code for the examples in the book.
