DM368 VPFE in master mode

The VPFE can act as master mode with the vertical and horizontal synchs being driven by the DM368. In the data sheet it claims that the pclk is an input only but later refers to different timings for the pclk in master mode. Can the DM368 drive the pclk in master mode? If not, what would be the ideal way to ensure proper data timing when taking in two streams of video through the front end?

No.  The PCLK for the VPFE is always an input.  For master mode, the VSYNC and HSYNC signals are configured as outputs and their timing is relative to the input PCLK.  In slave mode, the VSYNC and HSYNC signals are configured as inputs.

I'm not sure the configuration of PCLK is relevant to 2 streams of data through the VPFE.  To bring in two streams of video, you would likely need external logic and buffering to synchronize the 2 video domains and drive the combined input into the VPFE.
