DM3730 n/a on-chip memory

Hello,

On TI's select tool page, 'http://www.ti.com/lsds/ti/dsp/platform/device.page', it says for DM3730, on-chip memory is not aplicable(n/a). I understand that it mentions this propery for SGX core. If this is so, is this a plus or not plus? Beause, it is n/a on-chip memory it will be slow or because it is external(to SGX but not the SoC) so it can be configurable?
