Other software tools for C6678

I search for non - TI software tools to develop a SYS-BIOS program. I need a compiler and a linker to produce an ELF file. The compiler and linker have to run on a Windows CCS5.

Hi,

I think that in Linux you can use GCC with CCS, but I'm not sure if there's something similar for Windows.

But why do you want to use a different compiler and linker? Isn't the TI's tools the best option?

It seems that the TI tools are best designed for Linux.

But We have not checked it.
