    Your question is not clear to me.

    Please see the TMS320C6474 Product Folder for all documentation on the features and contents of the C6474 device. There is also a link to the EVM so you can look for additional features on the EVM board.

    My first thought is that the answer is "no", but you may mean something that I am missing. The provided documentation should be clear for you.

    In AIF user's guide, it says:"The external AIF interface (or SERDES interface) connects the AIF with either RF units and/or other TMS320C6474 units. " Does the RF units here mean to be a unit on TMS320C6474EVM?

    No, there are no RF units on the C6474.
