Problem of DM368 NAND Flashing

I'm trying to flash u-boot an ubl using wintech's TDS560USB PLUS on DM368.

I have read the user guide of NAND Flashing on this page.

And I have done every step according to this user guide.

However, after load the NANDEraser_DM36x.out and press F5,  the eraser do not ask for an input, and the CPU halt at "MOV R8,R8". The situation is like this:



It is the same if I load NANDWriter_DM36x.out instead of NANDEraser_DM36x.out.

Is there anybody who can solve this problem for me?
