Cannot get the DDR3 to tick

Hi,

We have a customer board based on XAM3358ZCE. We used two DDR3 chips MT41J256M8HX-15E. However, we cannot get the DDR3 to respond. Any suggestions? I checked the signals. The MPU is doing all the right things. Take read as an example, I can see  the ACTIVATE and the READ signal, but there is no reponse from the DDR3. I saw the clock sigal wave shape is more like a triangle (with a 300 MHz oscillascope, it's all we have) and the slew rate is more like 0.5V/ns. Could this be the problem? Thanks.
