Custom board hangs on "Uncompressing Linux..."

Hi.

We have custom 8148 board. U-boot is working fine on it. The memory tests pass successfully on it. So i think that the memory is OK. But linux hangs just after "Uncompressing Linux...". I'm sure that machine id is the same for u-boot and for linux. I don't see any other reasons why linux can hang at the very beginning.

What linux initialize that u-boot doesn't?

Did you verified console in the bootargs?

Are there any changes related to UART-debug port on the custom board?

Hi, Krunal!

I use the same bootargs as on the EVM. UART-debug port is also the same as on the EVM.

Sometimes, i see some output from linux. It seems that linux works unstably. May be due to overheating.
