DM3730 does not work in lower temperature

Hi,all

    plateform: DM3730+TPS65930

    OS:WINCE6.0

   My board  works well  in  25 celcius degree, but It does not work in  -25  celcius degree( lower temperature )，The DM3730 repeatedly reset, there is nothing to output on uart1.what is the reason?
