Hi,
I am evaluating performance of the TMDXEVM3358 evalution board which has a AM3359 processor (code on chip IC = XAM3359ZCZ) and I want to run the processor at 720MHz but I am unable to do this. I am using Windows Embedded Compact 7 with BSP_WINCE_ARM_A8 (02.30.00.03) from Adeneo.
I have tried all of the OPP Modes available in the EBOOT bootloader menu and each time I verify the processor speed by checking the BSP Information program available in the Windows Embedded control panel once it has booted up. When setting the OPP processor speeds to 275, 500 or 600 the BSP Information in Windows Embedded does report the expected processor speed. However, when I select 720MHz as the processor speed, the BSP Information states 500MHz. I imagine there must be something I am missing that I also need to do and that it doesn't like the 720 speed and so reverts to 500.
If anyone has any ideas on why I cannot acheive the 720Mhz, it would be greatly appreciated.
