Generating multiple streams of different resolutions(on OMAP4460) from a single capturing source.

Hi,

Using OMAP4460 on pandaboard ES.

1. How to generate 2 streams of encoded data. 1. In 720P encode data(h.264).         2.  Any less resolution than 720P.(eg 480p encoded data) from a single  capturing video source on live (resizing of video to less resolution not on stored file) .
 
2. How to test this feature on panda board, with Android GingerBread.
 
3. Is it possible to have both streams of (720P and 480P) data encoded to h.264 format only.
 
Kindly suggest the necessary steps to be done or any reference links?
