I am getting cmemk.c error on IPNCDM365 hardware with 2.1 and 2.6 firmware versions. Boot log for firmware version 2.6 is as below

after this program don't proceed further. If I load same files on other cards it works fine. Here I am getting hint that there might be some error related to memory. But DDR and NAND flash aer passing test programs. I have replaced NAND flash and DDR chip just to check one of the possibilities but problem not solved
Please suggest possible solution for this.
