OMAP4 Camera Power-up Sequence

For a CMOS Image sensor power up, I need to reverse the polarity of one PWRDN (h_GPIO_39) pin from active low to active high. 

I am unable to find relevant power-up sequence code either in Ducati or Android Linux Kernel (ICS 4.03). Does anyone know the location where relevant code needs modification for achieving the same?
