Gel file required for TI811x device while connecting through CCSv4.2

Hi,

I am working on Jacinto 5 eco EVM board. I was not able to connect c674x DSP through CCSv4.2.

Please let me, am i missing any gel files to be loaded for connection of c674x DSP.

Deepak,

Please find the gel file for the EVM on the link mentioned below:

The procedure to connect to the DSP should be very similar to the one described here:

Hi Rahul,

Thanks for the gel file info and the suuport link,

1) But i got one more gel file from the below link.

I am confused which one to use, can you please let me know which one is correct.

2) And also, i am not able to see device "TI811x" in the Target selection of CCSv4.2.4,

I also have CCSv5.0.1 but here also i was not able to see device "TI811x".

Can you please let me know about the correct CCS version required for this.

Deepak,

Considering the GEL file on Spectrum Website was uploaded just a week back, I would believe that this is the latest version of the GEL file but either one will work.

Picking the target as TI814X and using the GEL file should work for you.
