Would you please clarify what subsystem within the AM335x you are referring?

Also, what is "sth"?

if you refer to the graphics engine then the datasheet says: SGX530 3D Graphics Engine

This is a standard Imagination core and it can only be accessed through driver code. More details are in the TRM chapt. 5.
