Hi,

I am checking CVBR Rate Control Mode in H264 Encoder Platinum codec (02_30_00_02)

I like to know what is significant of maxBitRate value (Base Parameter) when Encoder set as CVBR Rate Controle Mode ?

As CVBR mode required to set following dynamic parameter as per http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/DM36x_Rate_Control_Modes#CVBR_.28rcAlgo_.3D_3.29:_Constrained_Variable_Bitrate

targetBitRate, maxBitrateCVBR, CVBRsensitivity and maxHighCmpxIntCVBR .

Is there any benchmark of BitRate in H264 Platinum codec ? What is maxBitRate we can set ?
