Hi,
This is in continuation to the thread "Network connection". Since the parent question in that thread was answered and I am facing a different issue, I have started this new thread.
I am using dm814x board & have given a static IP to the board. The board is directly connected to the host m/c which is serving as TFTP server and nfs server. I am trying to boot the board with the dEVM provided image "uImage-dm814x-evm.bin"
After setting the environment variable; the tftp boot starts. And finally the logs stops with NFS mounted print as
VFS: Mounted root (nfs filesystem) on device 0:14.
devtmpfs: mounted
Freeing init memory: 200K
/bin/sh: can't acceó; job control turned off
/ #
Though I could see the mounted directory I am confused on following...
1. Has the booting completed? Is there anything remaining w.r.t init script?
2. Should I expect to see something on the LCD display with the default evm image?
Thanks in advance,
Manisha.
For reference, the logs are
