Booting with HDMI

Hi,

I am working OMAP4460.

I have downloaded the Android source code (ICS) by referring this page:

http://omappedia.com/wiki/4AI.1.4_OMAP4_Icecream_Sandwich_Panda_Notes

Fused the binaries into SD card, when I am booing Andorid with HDMI cable plugged, Some times, it is keep rebooting.

If I connect HDMI after booting it is coming fine.

Hi Lahir,

Did it happened just the first time android boot, or every time you booth with HDMI plugged in?

Can you attach the log file you get when it is restarting?

Also that page is adding patches to add features or improve someones, are you using the latest patches (this week was updated)?

Hi ICe,

This issue is not at the first time android boot. occasionally it keep reboot while powering on.

Find attached log for your reference.

I have download and applied the patches from "http://omappedia.com/wiki/4AI.1.4_OMAP4_Icecream_Sandwich_Panda_Notes" this web page.

Is there any way of copying the android binaries manually (Means, I want to copy all the binaries to fresh SD card without the help of fastboot).

I don't see the file attached, can you try again?, thanks.

Also for copying files you may want to use the android debug bridge tool, the command "adb push".
