When we tried to test PCIe bridge, we are able to read the vendor id of the upstream port of the bridge. But when tried to read the vender id of the downstream port of the bridge, the kernel is crashing. It looks like some memory mapping issue.
i want to know how the configuration space of the downstream port of the bridge is mapped and accessed in the linux driver?
I am struggling with this for nearly one month. Please suggest me any solution to solve this.
