I have used AM335XPSP_04.06.00.08 to working on the am3359 board.

I try to change a LCD panel.

The Model Name of the 7inch LCD is : AT070TN83 V.1 and is produced by Innolux display.co.

What I have to change in order to make it work on the LCD?

Please help.

    You have to change the timings according to the new panel. I'm not familiar with the AM335x PSP release, so I won't be able to tell you the exact file that needs to be modified. Typically it has to be present in the board-am335xevm.c file.
