Hi,
1) We have designed our schematics with reference to Blaze MDP reference schematics.
2) Even though schematics design & PCB layout is same in our application, we notice a frequent failure of the PMIC (as much as 7 boards have been damaged as a result !!).
3) For performing all the testing we am using external power supply from TestTronix (Procured from local vendor), with 2A as limiting current.
Request someone to kindly guide me if confronted with similar situation or an alternative to avoid such failure in future.
