TMS320DM814x support for LPDDR1 ?

We are in the process of evaluating the (performance / power consumption) of LPDDR1 32 bit bus width vs. DDR3 16 bit bus width while using the DM8147

We estimate that LPDDR would be more efficient, but then we ran into the following dilemma.

- The datasheet for the device (SPRS647C) states that LPDDR is supported. (Page 284 section 8.13).
- The reference manual (SPRUGZ8B) states that DDR1, LPDDR1 memory types are not supported as well as any burst length other than 8. I Read-> only DDR3 is supported. (Page 1235, section 7.1.3)

My first question is: Does the device support LPDDR1 in a 32 bit configuration ? (Which document is correct?)

Secondly: If LPDDR1 is supported, does that also include running in OPP166 mode ?
