C5509 power sequencing requirements

Hi,

I cannot find anything in the C5509 datasheet that describes the power on sequence, specifically for CVdd and DVdd.

I am currently experiencing an issue when trying to debug my C5509 with CCSv5.2.1 with a "core hung" error. I have found out that I no longer receive this error when I power up the 5509 DVdd first (3.3V) and then CVdd (1.6V). On my custom board layout using the 5509, CVdd is powering up 9ms before DVdd and the core hangs on the same line of code while debugging.
