Config pin in Beaglebone with TI-SDK packet kernel

Hi All,

As I see the angstrom  OS for beaglebone, it has folder /sys/kernel/debug/omap_mux for the programmer to config the mode of the pins , but I can not find this folder in Arago (TI_SDK image) , so someone who know let give me supports , how to config it , and give me a sample with UART
