C5515 Die ID Register Content

Hi TI tech

What is the content of the DIEID0:7 registers ? In sprufx5d only a few fields has a specific description:

DIEID3[15:12] = DesignRev

DIEID7[14:1] = Checksum

All other register fields are either Reserved or named DIEID. sprufx5d quote: " ...but can be used by users as a 128-bit unique ID for each device"

Does this mean that each individual chip has its own unique number coded into the various DIEID fields ?

If so, is the unique number in form of an incremental serial number or a large random number ?

In which registers/fields are the "unique ID coded".
