We are having problem with sending the PLL signal to the TP4 (clckout) on the ezdsp board. When we run off of code composer, we can generate the proper signal through gel file. When this this program is downloaded to the sd card. no output is seen. So per TI's recommendation in the literature, we wrote the program without the gel file, copying the code directly into the file. We ran this in code composer, we get out an approximately 37 MHz signal at clockout TP4. When we do it through sd card, we get a 12 MHz signal out. not the frequency we tried to program. So, what do we do to correct this? We are attaching the code.
