TCP2 state machine description

SPRUG21's discussion of the TCPSTAT register refers to "the TCP2 state machine section" for a list of values for the TCP_STATE field.  I cannot find such a section.  Am I missing something, or is that section missing?  If that section was omitted, is there any currently available list of the states?

(The C6474 CSL's shared_mode_example and standalone_mode_example programs wait for the state to become 0xA or 0xB before continuing, with no indication of what states the peripheral steps through to get there.)
