Hi,

We are planning to use AM3354 with 512MB DDR3. Is Linux Kernel with DDR3 support and UBoot available from TI for the same? Any hardware reference which can be used for hardware design will also help in making the decision.

Hi Upendra,

For hardware reference the starting point should be section "5.5.2.3 DDR3 Routing Guidelines" of the AM335X datasheet. I don't know for SW support, I will ask the SW team.

The AM335x Starter Kit uses DDR3. So you can use this hardware platform for your design reference.
