DM6446 Encode issue

Hi,

           I am using dm6446-evm and dvsdk_setuplinux_2_00_00_22. I am able to build dvsdk properly and got encode and decode applications built for dm6446evm.

           I am able to boot the evm over nfs.

         But the problem is that when i run encode application i get following issue

       ./encode -v test.264 -o

      Encode demo started. Error: Failed to create attribute window device

      Error: Failed to create UI

      I  have set boot arguments as provided in TMS320DM6446 DVEVM v2.0 Getting Started Guide

      In my boot log i am  see following warning

     davincifb davincifb.0: dm_osd0_fb: Failed to obtain ownership of OSD window.   

Any help on this will be g8.
