After a long struggle I am able to boot my OMAP L138 EVM kit using 4 GB HDSC Card.

The last few lines of status on TERA TERM are as under, please validate successful booting.

  • Hi Hemant,

    Can you use the demo binaries for the OMAPL138 to see if your boot output is similar?  Also please check in the boot loader if you can enable more retail messaging, as I believe you don't have a display on your current HW this will be the best way to verify things are working correctly.

    Because it is printing StartupApp it has loaded the drivers and the OS is now loading items from the StartupApp list.  This is a good sign the HW is successfully booting.

    I have got LCD finally

    It seems Win CE is booting fine, the photograph of desktop on full boot up is as under

    but when I am opening mp3 file the following error screen is popping..

    "cannot '\sdcard\anjana anjani\02-hairat.mp3'.please verify that the path and filename are correct and try again. (0x8004022f)"


    please suggest source of error.
