    In "section 4.2.8 Horizontal Pixel Decimator (Downsizer)" of SPRUFG8C: The resize ratio can be configured by programming the RSZ register to be
    within the range from 16 to 112, to give a resampling range from 1x to 1/7x (16/RSZ).

    For example, RSZ=32 is for 2:1 decimation.
