FCS error with NDK

Hi,

We are having a problem with the keep-alive execution.
Our application uses DM6435 with TI's Network Developer's Kit (NDK) stack & DSP/BIOS.

We need to communicate  DM6435 custom board with a different custom board(Board B)
using ethernet(TCP/IP).

When we send "keep-alive" message from DM6435 board to the Board B
there is no "ACK" from the Board B.
The log from Wireshark protocol analyzer says there is an FCS error.
Frame check sequence: 0x0... (incorrect, should be 0xec...)

But when the Board B is connected to a different board or a PC
there is no problem with the "keep-alive" execution(i.e. there is an "ACK").

We are find this problem only with the DM6435 board which is using NDK stack.
Could you please let me know if there is any possiblilty of occurance of FCS error from the NDK.

Regards.
Paddu.
