How to change frame rate (fps) for capture parameters ?

Hi,

We are trying to change the fps to 15. But  Capture parameter setformat is failing. It is allowing only 25 or 30.

Following are the details

platform - EVM DM3730

OS - wince 6.0

Application - CaptureTest

cmd  ::    CaptureTest  /auto /pv /cap 352x288@15 /venc h264 

Can we know the procedure to change fps ? Do we need to change the camera driver??

Is h264 supports FPS the other than 25 and 30?
