TMS320C6455 EOL

I just looked at the data sheet of TMS320C6455 and it seem that the part is EOL.  does TI have replacement for the part?

    Bonzai,

    The TMS320C6455 has no current plans to go EOL.  The ZTZ package is being removed from production.  It is being replaced with the CTZ package.  These packages have the same mechanical spec. and the same Reflow Profile.  The only difference between a C6455 w/ ZTZ package and CTZ package is the internal die-bumps used inside the package.  These are Pb-free on the CTZ package, making it fully RoHS compliant.  The ZTZ package which was RoHS exempt had Pb die-bumps.
