The pre-built binary folder contains a a folder named "Bootloader". This folder includes bootloaders for boards ICE and IDK.

if you go to the link provided above, you will see another link (Pre-built Binaries). Downoad the zip file from that link and  unzip it.  you will see all pre-built binaries including bootloader.
