Decoupling for AM3352 ZCE Package

Our 3rd party is building an AM3352 board with the ZCE package. Is there a board our 3rd party can use as a reference wrt to cap decoupling? The data sheet gives the cap decoupling requirements, but we are trying to figure out if we need to use 0201 size caps or if we can go to something a little big bigger and easier for board shop manage.

Hi Gus,

0201 size is preferable, but it's not a must. You can use 0402, but you will have to place them so as to meet the datasheet requirements (distance from pins).

Hi Gus,

The EVM, ICE, Beaglebone and Starter Kit all are based on the ZCZ package. I don't know of any available board on the market, that is based on the ZCE package.
