We are trying to debug an issue with a CCA on which the DSP is not establishing a link with the PHY, apparently. Other CCAs from the same build are able to link ok. The SW engineer has some boot code that waits for a the Link register to be set to a '1', but it isn't happening. When looking on the oscilloscope, I see a good SGMII clock, and there is SGMII data coming from the PHY to the DSP. the DSP is sending this continuous regular pattern to the PHY, at around 125 MHz. Is this a link pattern? What kinds of thinks can keep the DSP from linking with the PHY?
